If you do not use your free will and will power correctly - You will always fail. So here is the plan of attack because you’re at war with your self.
Each year around this time of the year everyone tells each other that they are going to lose the weight this year and start getting in shape by exercising. But do you do it? Well 99% of you flat out quit or give up. Then you blame everything for your failure. “Blame your self first! It was your idea. It was your will power, and it was you that stopped doing it.” This is the ego controlling you and it’s not real. That’s why Americans are so fat and lazy according to 75% of the whole world. It’s a big slap in your fat fucking face.
Why did you stop or fail? I can tell you why and it’s simple. No results (NOW), No determination. You are not living in the present. You’re in the past or the mindset you’re in is of the past. It is a lot of work and you are not enjoying it. Those are the many excuses your ego will tell you. So you will stop and become a failure that you feel you are. But you’re not. All an illusion your ego made up. It’s just a mind game you keep playing with your self.
The game: Oh I’ll do it when I can - I don’t have the time. So you eat out or eat that crap called fast food.
The reason why the home cooked meal is better for you it because it was cooked with love. Also you know what the hell is in it 50% of the time. There are five steps to almost every thing humans do that keeps us different than the animals. 5 good and 5 bad.
Growing up someone in the family normally cooked the best dinners. Be it your mother or grandmother. Why was that the best thing you remember eating? I say it was because of love. It was not the job to do or society put this job on her. It was because she took the time to care for you. It was compassion and passion all rolled up into one package. She loved you. Plain and simple.
Learning these 5 steps can improve your life. It’s a fact - because it’s a science!
I don’t have all the answers to your many questions - “I can,” however only show you the way.
1) The first step is your own step.
This starts it all. It’s applying your self to all your goals. This is a general statement. It can be used for any or all means to your life. Thus, (“Applying” = Doing.) This is the foundation, the first building bock, and “The corner stone” to all your projects.
(Idea + thought + Action = Doing) Doing something is always better than NOT Doing Anything. So if you have goals, write them out. What are they? How do you apply them? Can you do them? Baby steps to your goals = applying your self to completing a task at hand.
What to watch out for: “The self defeating behavior!”
The “I” statements you talk yourself out of.
The Self doubt, “I don’t think I can do it.”
(“I” = “EGO”) The ego is not for you it only is for <it’s self.> It’s that little voice you have inside your mind telling you things. It’s controlling the way you think, the way you live, and the mind set you’re in right now that got you to where you are.
So if you want to change your ways of thinking, use words that will help like: “I can,” “I will,” and “I am able to.” This tricks the ego into changing or reprogramming - the mind you have.
Setting new mindsets into motions = Doing.
